How did you get into your Hairdressing career?
I spent 2 and a half years here at James Bushell doing my apprenticeship, I always wanted to go into the hair and beauty industry and knew working within a salon would be the best way to learn and work my way up to the salon floor.
What’s the best advice you would give to your clients?
Look after your hair! Using treatments in salon and at home makes all the difference, especially when you colour your hair all the time.
What’s the best thing about being a Colour Technician?
Meeting new people, working with my friends and making people feel good about themselves and loving their hair.
How would you describe your Colouring style?
I’d describe my style as quite versatile for now as I can cater for the client’s needs and wants. Being new to the salon floor I am slowing finding out my own style as I go on.
What is your favourite meal?
Macaroni Cheese every day of the week
Who are your icons?
Marilyn Monroe, I’m obsessed with 1940’s Hollywood glam!
Sofa or gym?
Always the sofa!
What is your favourite way to spend a Sunday afternoon?
In a beer garden with my friends in the sunshine or out shopping with my mum spending all my money
